Louisiana Coalition Promotes Coastal Restoration

In 1987, the Coalition to Resource Coastal Lousiana, a grassroots assemblage of morethan 50 churches, trade associations, environmental groups, civic organizations, and hundreds of concerned citizens, published a draft restoration action plan entitled "Coastal Lousiana: Here Today and Gone Tomorrow?"
