ELI periodicals share the common goal of facilitating the exchange of ideas and deep analysis of today’s most pressing environmental, energy, and natural resource issues.
The ELR—The Environmental Law Reporter (ELR) is the most-often cited environmental law journal. Its online database contains over 50 years of analysis by leading practitioners and academics in the field.
For more than 40 years, the Environmental Forum has played a distinctive role in environmental law and policy: creating space for thoughtful debate, diverse viewpoints, and constructive engagement. Originally printed bimonthly, the Forum has evolved into a fully digital, bi-weekly format, with each edition delivering a single curated column or article directly to your inbox.
The Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR) is a special issue of the ELR, published in collaboration with the Vanderbilt University Law School (VULS) and the Environmental Law Institute. In this one-issue, student edited volume, students work with an expert advisory committee and senior staff from ELI to identify the year’s best legal and policy solutions to pressing environmental problems.
