Frequently Asked Questions

When is the deadline for purchasing tickets?
You must purchase tickets by Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Credit card payment is required for all table and individual ticket purchases. Reservations are made upon receipt of payment. If you would like to purchase tickets or tables by check, please contact the awards dinner team at dinner@eli.org.

How do I ensure my party is seated together?
Individual ticket holders will be seated in the ticket holder lounge. Lounge seats are unassigned, so there is no guarantee that ticket holders will be able to sit together. To ensure ticket holders are seated together, consider purchasing a lounge table which will allow you to fully reserve a table for you and your guests. Please note: all guest names MUST be submitted at time of purchase. Unregistered guests will not be allowed into the event unless they have been pre-registered at time of purchase.

I would like to purchase a table. Who do I contact for an invoice?
Invoices for table purchases are available upon request. Contact dinner@eli.org to arrange for an invoice and/or payment by credit card.

How will I receive my ticket to the event?
Your preprinted nametag is your ticket into the event and must be picked up at the event registration desk at the Mayflower Hotel on October 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET.
