The forum was held at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Conference Center in Washington, DC, July 11-12, 2005. The forum was co-sponsored by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Environmental Law Institute. It was designed to bring together experts in wetland mitigation banking with those in the water quality trading community to facilitate a dialogue on stimulating future markets in water quality trading.
