The Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development (OBRD) is the state’s resource for information on the programs and services available for brownfield redevelopment in Connecticut. OBRD is part of the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD), and its OBRD staff includes engineers and real estate development professionals with significant experience in brownfield project management, real estate development and construction management.
