Jared is the Senior Campaign Coordinator for Data Center Reform at the Piedmont Environmental Council in Virginia. Over his career he has worked in project management, namely for the Environmental Law Institute's Climate Judiciary Project and for the National Recreation and Park Association, with experience in campaign organizing on issues related to equitable access to greenspace, the Clean Water Act, industrial agriculture, and public lands. Jared served three seasons as a National Park Ranger at sites ranging from historic sites to Grand Teton National Park. He has also led grant programs and resource development to enhance equitable access to greenspaces through a community-driven, systems-level approach. In addition to his work, he leads community environmental and justice volunteer initiatives. Jared has a Masters of Public Administration and Environmental Science and Public Policy from George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government and a B.S. in Environmental Law and Policy from Unity College in Maine.
