An ELI Public Webinar

Over the last four years, several climate, conservation, clean energy, and environmental justice initiatives have been prioritized at the federal level, perhaps most notably the Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Understanding these changes to environmental law and policy is paramount as we transition to a new administration with its own set of policy priorities.

Join the Environmental Law Institute and esteemed panelists for an overview of the major regulations and policies enacted under the Biden Administration. In addition to providing a roundup of the last four years, panelists will offer their thoughts on the environmental and energy space in light of the incoming administration.

Panelists:
Michael Vandenbergh, David Daniels Allen Distinguished Chair in Law, Vanderbilt University Law School, Moderator
Holly Doremus, Associate Dean, Faculty Development and Research, University of California, Berkeley School of Law
Mason Emnett, Senior Vice President, Public Policy, Constellation Energy
Ben Grumbles, Executive Director, The Environmental Council of the States
Roger Martella, Chief Sustainability Officer, GE Vernova
