Drive (Or Walk) Across Turkey Creek: Watershed Planning and Protection

Last year, the Mississippi Department of Transportation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Office negotiated an agreement to protect more than 1,600 acres of wetlands in the Turkey Creek watershed, while also ensuring the construction of an important highway to connect the coast with inland transportation routes.
