Session 6: Environmental Justice

This session of Summer School will explore the foundations, history, and latest developments of the environmental justice movement in the United States. Expert panelists will discuss how state, tribal, and local governments are addressing environmental justice, potential opportunities and obstacles for environmental justice policies, and how environmental justice intersects with other topics we have discussed in Summer School, such as toxic chemical regulation, climate change, energy law and policy, and more.
