ELI's Summer School is a series of seminars taught by experts in their fields, introducing the audience to important areas of environmental law. Faculty will also incorporate major regulatory and judicial updates to the laws.

Climate Change and Environmental Law

As the need to address climate change continues to grow, environmental law and policy is evolving at a rapid pace. This session of Summer School will discuss various environmental regulations targeting climate change and the legal tools available to slow it. It will address topics such as:

  • international framework and agreements;
  • the state of climate regulation in the United States;
  • the basics of climate-related financial disclosures; and
  • economic tools to address climate change.

Join top experts in the field to learn about the basics of climate change law, recent policy developments, and the various legal tools available moving forward.
