December 4, 2013 11:27 am — 11:27 am

This four-part webinar series will enhance your understanding of the complex range of legal, regulatory, product stewardship, standard setting, and private retailer initiatives influencing the marketing, distribution, and sale of products with significant chemical components. Participants will also develop a greater understanding of chemical regulation in the U.S. and abroad and future policy and directional changes.

Webinar #3: Bringing a Product to the Marketplace (Wednesday, December 4; 3 - 4:30 PM)

The third webinar will focus on the challenges associated with commercializing a product on a global scale. Panelists will examine regulatory systems such as European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) and Korea REACH (K-REACH) and their interfaces with the US regulatory system. The panel will discuss, for example, mutual acceptance of data among regulatory systems and examine how to efficiently navigate the process.
