Staying on top of the legal and policy developments in the climate change arena is no small task. • Cert grant in Utility Air Regulatory Group v. EPA and 9th Cir's rejection of standing in Washington Environmental Council v. Bellon
  • State updates: States' ZEV MOU, Pacific Coast Collaborative announcement, etc.
  • Discussion of the November 1 executive order requiring federal agencies to promote the "dual goals" of a greater resilience to climate change and the removal of barriers to carbon-cutting emissions

  • Vicki Arroyo, Executive Director, Climate Center, Georgetown University
  • Michael B. Gerrard, Professor, Columbia Law School ; Director, Center for Climate Change Law
