Susannah Dibble
Susannah Dibble is a Staff Attorney at the Environmental Law Institute (ELI). Susannah works primarily on environmental peacebuilding, environmental rule of law, and accountability for wartime environmental damage. She also has experience on international issues related to environmental defenders, plastics, renewable energy, and migration. Additionally, she serves as the managing director for the International Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement (INECE) secretariat, which is housed at ELI.
Previously, she was awarded a Fulbright Schuman research grant to the European Union and spent time in Belgium and Northern Ireland. Susannah is the co-chair for the Environmental Peacebuilding Association (EnPAx) Law Interest Group. She holds a J.D. with honors from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
