Nika Seider

Nika Seider joined ELI as the Communications Associate in July 2025, where she supports strategic communications that promote ELI’s mission and amplify its impact.

Prior to joining ELI, Nika managed marketing and partnership efforts at The Rounds, a sustainable grocery delivery service; organized community-based advocacy at Remake, focusing on the intersection of fashion, fair labor, and climate justice; and led outreach promoting global disability rights at Humanity & Inclusion. Across roles, she remains committed to making social impact and environmental initiatives engaging, accessible, and action-oriented.

Nika holds a B.A. in International Studies and French from the University of Miami, where she graduated magna cum laude with minors in Journalism, Advertising, Environmental Science and Policy, and Public Health.
