Michael Wall presently serves as Chief Litigation Officer of the Natural Resources Defense Council. For more than twenty years, he has represented NRDC and its allies in scores of major appellate and trial cases to prevent pollution, protect the environment, and preserve people’s rights to seek justice in the courts. Prior to joining NRDC, Michael practiced at a private law firm and served as a career attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
