Lauren Petersil

Lauren Petersil is a junior at George Washington University studying International Affairs and Sustainability. As a Research and Publications Intern at ELI, she has worked on projects involving food waste, environmental compliance and enforcement, and biotechnology. After graduation, Lauren plans to further her studies in agriculture and waste management.
