Jesse Ferraioli
Jesse Ferraioli was a Research Associate at ELI from July 2023 through August 2025. In her time at ELI, she conducted research, convened events, facilitated outreach, and wrote reports primarily on international water tenure, wetlands restoration, and water quality. Additionally, she supported the Women in Water Diplomacy Network by coordinating experience exchanges, workshops, and engagements both online and at key international dialogues (including engagements at the Network’s Global Forum in Vienna, a water data diplomacy session at Cairo Water Week/Africa Hydrological Conference in Cairo, and a South Caucasus water diplomacy workshop in Tbilisi). Other projects she worked on include reports on integrating environmental justice considerations into wetland restoration project siting and electric power delivery infrastructure siting, an initiative to engage conservation districts in hazard mitigation planning processes to promote natural infrastructure solutions, and the annual CWA 303(d) training workshops. Prior to ELI, Jesse graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Environmental Studies and Philosophy.
