This 2004 edition of “New York Environmental Law - Year in Review” took place on April 13, 2004 at the City Bar’s Midtown location.

Michael B. Gerrard (Arnold & Porter), Scott N. Fein (Whiteman Osterman & Hanna) and Philip Weinberg (St. John’s University School of Law) discussed the past year’s important developments in NY law and highlighted emerging developments in SEQRA, pollution control, hazardous waste and oil spill liability, wetlands regulation, brownfields redevelopment, regulatory takings and land use planning. The seminar was moderated by Vivian Buckingham (Environmental Law Institute).
