Resilience action is needed at all levels of government and the private-sector to address local and system-wide vulnerabilities. Green infrastructure, and related policy and technical innovations, can create safer communities, homes, and businesses, while building and supporting vibrant local economies.

3:00 PM | Landfills: Who Needs Them?

State laws mandating reductions in material going to landfills, and otherwise encouraging recycling and reuse, are changing the landscape of waste management and disposal across the country.
