An ELI ELI Program

As the environmental law and policy field continues to grow rapidly, so do career opportunities. However, these opportunities bring forth key questions on navigating career paths, leading with empathy, and thwarting burnout in the remote-work era and beyond.

Jennifer Wills, the Founder of J. Wills Coaching, lends her leadership to answering these questions. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Jennifer served as an attorney in the Office of General Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Utilizing her legal background and EPA experience, Jennifer will illuminate how individuals can use their emotional intelligence to reduce burnout, while becoming better leaders themselves. In addition, Jennifer will highlight the connection between wellbeing, emotional intelligence and leadership in professional roles and work-life management. Whether it’s embracing change or articulating purpose, Jennifer uses her expertise to illuminate how leaders can keep up their own momentum in this growing field. Following Jennifer’s presentation, Emerging Leaders will have the opportunity to network and share best practices with one another via the Remo virtual networking platform.

Join the Environmental Law Institute, careers coaching expert Jennifer Wills, and fellow Emerging Leaders for a fascinating exploration of leaning into leadership and well-being in this Emerging Leaders program.

ELI ELI programs are for the exclusive benefit of Emerging Leaders.
