Westside Industrial Retention and Expansion Network (WIRE-Net)

The mission of WIRE-Net, on Cleveland's west side, is to retain, grow, and attract industrial and related employers, and to engage them as stakeholders in the community. It maintains an inventory of industrial sites for lease or sale on Cleveland's west side. As a partner in the Cleveland Industrial Retention Initiative, it can link interested parties to sites in other parts of Cleveland, and financing assistance from the Cleveland Department of Economic Development, the Cleveland Area Development Corporation, and the Ohio Department of Development.
