The Colorado Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment Program oversees restoration and transfer of contaminated sites to property owners. Interested parties submit site cleanup applications for approval. The web site contains information on supporting legislation, policy guidelines, and current and past applications for restoration. Information on revolving loan programs that finance brownfield cleanups is also available.
