PRIDCO, an enterprise fund of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, was established as a public corporation of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 1942. It was created primarily to stimulate the formation of new local enterprises and to encourage U.S. mainland and foreign investors to establish and expand operations in Puerto Rico. PRIDCO constructs industrial facilities for lease or sale to qualified enterprises.
