Jacoby Development, Inc. (JDI)

Since its inception in 1979, JDI has developed, owned and/or managed more than 30 shopping centers totaling more than 5 million square feet. Another five centers, totaling more than 5 million square feet, are currently under development or construction. JDI now pursues non-traditional development opportunities in addition to retail. These involve the redevelopment of environmentally sensitive or impaired sites into multi-use properties with retail, office, hotel, resort, and housing components.
