On March 25, 2015, the Supreme Court heard argument in White Stallion Energy Center v. EPA, a challenge to the EPA's Mercury and Air Toxics Standards. This is the leading environmental case of the term and may have significant ramifications not only for the power sector but for future rule-making under the Clean Air Act.
