Managing End of Life Products: Six Feet Under Paperwork?

Requirements to manage toxics and other substances in products after the end of their useful life are proliferating around the globe. These take back and recycling mandates are driven by a combination of concerns related to ensuring proper recycling and management of toxics, promoting resource recovery, and financing end of life management.
