Creates a radon task force to conduct a comprehensive study on preventing radon exposure, including an examination of the need for interagency coordination of public education and prevention programs and the need for training, education and possible licensing of radon services providers. Directs the task force to submit its recommendations and any proposed legislation necessary to implement its findings to the governor and the legislature. Subsequent legislation extended the deadline for submitting the report to November 1, 2022.
