December 2015
Scott Schang, ELI Executive Vice President and ELR Editor-in-Chief, is departing ELI after 12 years of service.  Scott started at ELI as a Senior Attorney, where he focused on international environmental law and as well as climate matters. Since 2005, he has overseen ELI’s Publications and Associates programs and strengthened our educational programs and publications. Scott will be a Visiting Scholar at George Washington Law School and plans to take some much-deserved time for himself traveling over the next several months. We are pleased he will also remain a part of ELI as a Visiting Scholar.   ELI Senior Attorney Jay Austin is the new ELR Editor-in-Chief. Jay’s widely respected scholarship in constitutional environmental law will serve him well as he takes over the EIC duties. ELI is delighted to welcome Jay in this new capacity.
