Patrick D. Traylor (Hogan & Hartson LLP) provided a working framework for understanding the Clean Air Act.

Mr. Traylor works in his firm’s environmental litigation and environmental regulatory compliance departments. He has represented a number of clients in EPA’s ongoing New Source Review enforcement initiative and provides overall Clean Air Act compliance advice to a wide range of clients. Prior to joining Hogan & Hartson in 1997, he clerked for the Chemical Manufacturers Association (now the American Chemistry Council) and interned in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington, the Environmental Crimes Section of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, and the Office of Regional Counsel at EPA Region 6 in Dallas.
