The ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, together with the Environmental Law Institute, presented this seminar which brought together the country's leading practitioners on science and environmental law to engage and challenge practicing environmental litigation, regulatory, and government affairs lawyers on the state of the use of science in environmental law. Seminar participants advanced their knowledge and understanding of the key areas in which law and science intersect in the practice of environmental law.

Highlights included sessions on the latest trends in the presentation of scientific evidence in the courtroom and how science and law intersect to shape developing law on Climate Change.

This practical program offered legal instruction on the cutting edge of science and provided 5 CLE credits for the legal practitioner.
