Webinar #1: The Regulatory Structure of Products (Wednesday, November 13; 3 - 4:30 PM)

The first webinar equipped participants with an understanding of the regulatory infrastructure that underpins products regulation in the U.S. Panelists addressed the legal structure of regulation at both the federal and state levels, discussing the Federal Insecticide Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA), and associated reform bills, California green chemistry laws, and related regulatory measures.
