Environmental Law in India

This seminar educated the legal community and the public at large about environmental law in India, in connection with the first publication of ELR India Update, a quarterly newsletter analyzing the most relevant developments in Indian environmental law for international environmental lawyers, managers, policymakers, and thought leaders. We discussed how environmental law in India works, hot topics of interest to non-Indian practitioners, and the likely future direction of Indian environmental law. ELR India Update is written by the attorneys at Kochhar & Co., a highly respected law firm in India with significant environmental experience, and edited by Environmental Law Reporter attorneys in Washington, DC.
