Summer School: RCRA and CERCLA

Allison D. Foley and David L. Feinberg(Venable LLP) provided an introduction to RCRA and CERCLA and their many applications.

Ms. Foley's practice focuses on compliance counseling under the nation's environmental statutes, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Ms. Foley also counsels public and private entities on natural resource and environmental compliance issues related to infrastructure and land development projects.

Mr. Feinberg focuses his practice on criminal and civil environmental litigation. Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Feinberg served as law clerk to the Honorable Benson Everett Legg, Chief Judge of the District of Maryland.
