Lynn Bergeson (Bergeson & Campbell, P.C.) guided the audience through the thicket of federal statutes, regulatory programs, and agencies that manage the manufacture, processing, and use of chemical substances.

Lynn L. Bergeson is Managing Director of Bergeson & Campbell, P.C. (B&C), a Washington, DC law firm concentrating on conventional and engineered nanoscale chemical, pesticide, and other specialty chemical product regulation and approval matters, domestic and foreign chemical classification, chemical product litigation, and associated business issues. Ms. Bergeson is also President of The Acta Group, L.L.C. and The Acta Group EU, Ltd, B&C’s consulting affiliates, with offices in Washington, DC and Manchester, UK, respectively. Ms. Bergeson is listed in The International Who’s Who of Business Lawyers (2006-2009), and The Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2005-2008).
