Summer School: The Clean Water Act

Keith Jones (National Association of Clean Water Agencies) and Bill Anderson (Williams Mullen) provided an overview of the Clean Water Act.

Mr. Jones serves as General Counsel to the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA). He provides the Association and its municipal members with advice on legal, regulatory, and policy matters. He has experience working on a variety of Clean Water Act issues, with an emphasis on the municipal perspective to the Act’s requirements.

Mr. Anderson is a partner in Williams Mullen’s Energy and Environmental sections. With more than 30 years of experience in environmental law, Mr. Anderson focuses his practice on compliance/regulatory counseling, enforcement, permitting, and transactional matters.
