"E-Discovery in Environmental Litigation" features representatives from the federal government and private practice who will provide insights into the complicated world of E-Discovery. The moderator of the panel was John Gregory, senior attorney in the Legal Counsel Division of the United States Environment Protection Agency's Office (USEPA) of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics, and Training. Joining him was Laurie Dubriel, a former USEPA Regional Criminal Enforcement Counsel who is now with the Law and Policy Section in the Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division, and Justin Savage, a partner in Hogan Lovells who previously served in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division.

This panel focused on lessons learned from practitioners who have handled simple and complex electronic discovery in civil and criminal environmental, health, and safety litigation.  Their presentations provided practical information for practitioners to consider to ensure that they are addressing their client’s needs, ethical standards, and legal obligations.
