United States v. Cemex Concretos, Inc., No. 3:14-cv-01386 (D.P.R. May 16, 2014). Settling CWA defendants responsible for NPDES violations at 18 ready-mix concrete facilities in Puerto Rico must pay a $360,000 civil penalty, must implement a supplemental environmental project, which involves donating for conservation 401 acres of land valued at approximately $2.36 million, and must implement comprehensive injunctive relief at a cost of approximately $1.8 million.
