United States v. Dixon Construction Co., Inc., No. 7:14-cv-00105 (W.D. Va. Apr. 15, 2014). A settling CERCLA defendant responsible for violations at the Pipers Gap Acid Trailers Superfund site near Lambsburg, Virginia, must pay $150,000 in past U.S. response costs.
United States v. Lowe's Home Centers, LLC, No. 3:14-cv-00449 (S.D. Ill. Apr. 18, 2014).
