EPA withdrew significant new use rules under TSCA for four chemical substances that were the subject of premanufacture notices because of potential adverse comments.
EPA proposed to add construction and demolition wood, paper recycling residuals, and creosote-treated railroad ties to the list of categorical non-waste fuels under RCRA.
NOAA-Fisheries announced several revisions to the Code of Federal Regulations to clarify and update descriptions of species currently listed as threatened or endangered under the ESA.
