Refund and Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for the Boot Camp:

  • Full Refund Deadline: Wednesday, February 27, 2013
  • Cancellation Fee: Cancellations received after February 27, 2013, and before March 8, 2013, will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Final Refund Deadline: Friday, March 8, 2013
  • All cancellations that are made after March 8, 2013 will not receive a full or partial refund. Refunds will only be available as outlined above.
  • Complimentary Registration Cancellation Deadline: Friday, March 8, 2013 Complimentary registrations cancelled through March 8, 2013 will be credited back to the member organization for future use during their current membership year. Any complimentary registrations cancelled after March 8, 2013 will be lost.
  • Substitutions for registrations: Substitutions from within your organization are allowed at any time without charge.


No exceptions will be made
