Western Boot Camp on Environmental Law™

CLE Policy

Information regarding Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for all states will be available during the Course. Please note that ELI will not seek accreditation from all jurisdictions prior to the Course. In addition, ELI makes no guarantee that the Course will be accredited by all states. ELI will seek pre-approval depending on the number of requests for each jurisdiction. In advance of the course in previous years, ELI applied for credit from Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia. Participants will need to attend all three days in order to receive credit. ELI will have a representative at the Course to assist you with your state CLE forms along with the required information about the Course. To assist with accreditation, participants should fill out the question pertaining to CLE on the Boot Camp Course registration form.
