Analysis: SCOTUS AEP v. CT Decision

A special June 30th conference call on the Supreme Court’s opinion in AEP v. CT !

The SCOTUS finally handed down its opinion and a special 30-minute teleconference call discussed what it means. Mike Gerrard revisited the opinion and gave his perspective on the implications. Additional panelists added their views on what the decision means and what impacts it might (or might not) have in the future.
