The Environmental Law Institute and the Environmental Law Committee of the New York City Bar host an annual review of the year’s most significant New York judicial, regulatory, and administrative developments by leading practitioners and professors of environmental law. Panelists covered current Albany developments, new developments under the State Environmental Quality Review Act, events at DEC, and other major environmental decisions.
