National Ocean Policy Strategic Action Plans Comments
The National Ocean Council solicited public input during the development phase for the nine Strategic Action Plans called for in the President's National Ocean Policy, established by Executive Order 13,547 (July 19, 2010). ELI submitted the following three sets of comments to the National Ocean Council:
OCSLA 5-Year Leasing Program PEIS Scoping Comments
ELI also submitted comments related to the Department of the Interior's Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement Scoping process for the 2012—2017 oil and gas program under the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (OCSLA). These comments emphasized the need to coordinate the 5-year plan with the nine Strategic Action Plans.
