The ELI International Water Program promotes sound water governance throughout the world.

Jessica Troell, Director of the International Water Program, leads ELI’s efforts to:

• Advance equitable allocation of water resources;
• Improve access to water through the efficient and effective delivery of water services;
• Ensure sufficient water for sustainable livelihoods; and
• Maintain and restore the ecological integrity of freshwater resources to support both natural systems and human uses.
