Under this law, school building projects that are funded through proceeds from general obligation bonds must qualify for a LEED silver certification, a two-globes rating from the Green Globes program, or an equivalent numeric rating from a nationally recognized rating system. Covered projects include construction, improvements, remodeling, equipment, maintenance and repair of a building.
